The roastery-cafe of 7G Roasters, one of Porto's most widely respected specialty operations, on Rua de Franca in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the south bank of the Douro. 7G supplies a string of Porto's best independent cafes; visiting the roastery itself is the best way to taste the full range of what they produce, from washed Ethiopians to extended natural ferments.
