The cup

Owned by Otto Bayer, a former Haube-rated chef who turned to coffee, on Praterstrasse in the 2nd district. Balthasar pours from Wildkaffee (Garmisch-Partenkirchen), a direct-trade roastery run by Leonhard Wild. The adjacent Balthasar Lab runs barista workshops and cupping sessions.
