The cup
Owner Natalia, originally from Manizales in Colombia's coffee zone and a trained agricultural engineer who worked for Colombia's National Coffee Federation, established Borbotea to bring a direct-trade relationship with a Colombian producer to Seville. The cafe sits within an organic food store and doubles as a training space for barista courses, cupping sessions and agronomy workshops.
