Opened in 2011 by Nora and Bjorn in the quiet Bergmannkiez quarter of Kreuzberg, Chapter One is a neighbourhood cafe known for its siphon coffee programme alongside pours from Audun Coffee and JB Kaffee. The cafe has the feel of a local living room: unhurried, independently minded, and a long-standing fixture of the Bergmannstrasse community.
