The cup

A family project run by three brothers since 2022, Hispalis has a small drum roaster visible in one corner of the room. Owner Reinaldo Ponce roasts Brazilian and Colombian beans in-house, sells the bags to take home and takes time to walk customers through the options. Muffins, brownies and croissants are sourced externally and served at the counter.
