The cup

Tucked into the Victorian Paragon Arcade a short walk from Hull Paragon station, Milchig has grown since 2020 from a small Scandinavian-inspired bakery into one of the city's most talked-about cafes. Artisan pastries and matcha sit alongside well-made flat whites and oat lattes; the stripped-back Nordic aesthetic is effortlessly cool and the staff are genuinely engaged.
