The cup
Run by three brothers, the Gil Burgers, since 2022, MUY is a small, light-filled unit near the Alameda de Hercules. All coffee is brewed with beans from Ineffable Coffee Roasters in Dos Hermanas, which took the top prize at the 2024 Barcelona Coffee Awards. A short food menu of overnight oats, sandwiches and natural baked goods from local suppliers fills out the offer.
