The cup
Proprietor Ella Hadley opened Selva in September 2023 in a small unit a short walk from the Mercado de Triana. Ineffable beans from Dos Hermanas supply both the espresso and drip menu. All baked goods are made on the premises and are fully plant-based and vegan; banana bread is the signature item, and the cafe also hosts community workshops and events.
