The cup
Founded in 2013 by Morgan Love and James Maguire in a converted grain storage building on Gabriel-Max-Strasse in Friedrichshain, Silo Coffee runs a Synesso Hydra espresso machine with Mazzer Robur grinders. The founders co-established Fjord Coffee Roasters in 2015. The cafe is a cornerstone of the east Berlin specialty scene and a neighbourhood anchor for the Friedrichshain creative community.
