The Copenhagen outpost of La Cabra, the Aarhus-based roastery founded by Esben Hageneier Piper, serves espresso and filter from one of Denmark's most respected roasters inside the Another Aspect clothing store on Møntergade. La Cabra has been a benchmark for precise, transparent roasting in Denmark since its founding in 2012 and now supplies specialty bars across Europe.
